A moment to introduce the woman behind - The Pelvic Chiro

My name is Grace, I’m a mother to Piper, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a business owner, a chiropractor and an internal pelvic release care provider.
You may ask why I have been drawn to internal pelvic release. Well, I have been a chiropractor for 8 years now and over that time I have adapted my care to work with many amazing individuals, growing and learning from each one of you.
I work on the external body, knowing my effect on the nervous system and overall health of the human body but always wondered if the inside life of a women’s pelvis was being held back to show her full potential.
The pelvis is powerful, it develops as we grow through our first cycle as a young woman, to the possibility of growing a baby, then to birth and recovery, all the way through to the later change in life.
Providing care and holding space for women whilst releasing tension in the tissues of the pelvic space is what a session will entail. A space to talk through your journey thus far. I understand that this may be a challenge to some women but know you will be safe and held during this time.
You may know me as Louise, a Midwife & Matrescence Coach, serving this region—supporting families who have chosen home birth or holding space for trauma-informed birth debrief sessions. Over the years, I've come to deeply honor the intelligence and adaptability of the female pelvic space, witnessing its strength and vulnerability through the birthing journey.

Now, I’m grateful to offer you my comprehensive understanding of the female internal pelvic space through training in internal pelvic release work, I’ve developed a profound respect for the pelvic bowl—not only as the passage for birth, but as a center of wisdom, resilience, and healing. With this embodied knowledge, I offer gentle, respectful support to help restore functionality, release tension, and reconnect individuals with this powerful part of themselves.

Whether you're navigating recovery, reclaiming your body after trauma, or simply seeking greater ease, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, integrity, and deep listening.

Why Would An Internal Pelvic Release Session benefit me?

How many care sessions are needed?

2-3 sessions, 8 weeks apart, I like to see two cycles between sessions especially when we are working with period pain.

How long are care sessions for?

Sessions will be tailored for each individual. Sessions can go for between 1-2hrs.

How do I make an appointment?

Due to the nature of the care session, a phone call to the ladies at @flourish will be the best way to make a time. If you have any questions specific for Grace, she’s very happy to call you prior to making an appointment.
