I'm a busy mum to Charlie (11), Eddy (9) and Immy (9), masters student, experienced myotherapist and head sports trainer for Albury Tigers football and netball club.

I’m passionate about all things family, sport and the great outdoors.

I was drawn to myotherapy as I love helping people, holistic care and studying how the body functions so I can help it overcome dysfunction and function optimally.

Ellie is away on placement for university until the 1st October.
