Grace is the founder @flourish here in Albury, and her work is all about helping her clients feel more at home in their bodies. Over the last 2 years she has grown a fascination for the pelvic and the pelvic being the centre of all of us.

Grace graduated from RMIT University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science / Applied Science (Chiropractic), and since then her passion has continued to evolve into women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and internal pelvic release work. She works closely with the pelvic space not just as a physical structure, but as a place of grounding, intuition, strength, knowing. A space that’s often overlooked, misunderstood, or silenced. Grace supports women to reconnect with their pelvic health without shame or fear.

She also has a very big soft spot for little humans, so you’ll often find her caring for pregnant women, newborns, and children. In 2021, Grace and her husband Jay welcomed their daughter Piper through a home birth that further shaped her passion for birth, recovery, and honouring the body’s innate ability to open, heal, and flow.

At the heart of Grace’s work is a simple belief: when women feel safe in their bodies, they will flourish.
