Amy graduated from Monash University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Amy has completed further training in the area of gastrointestinal nutrition, and loves working within this space to help individuals reduce uncomfortable symptoms and improve their quality of life. She appreciates that gut issues can be complex, and understands the importance of considering more than just one’s food intake when searching for answers.
Amy also supports those wanting to find a balanced and enjoyable approach to nutrition, and those struggling with disordered patterns of eating. She is passionate about helping her clients to feel empowered and knowledgeable to make informed nutrition choices benefiting their health long into the future.
