You may know me as Louise — a Midwife, Matrescence Coach, Breastfeeding Counsellor, and Internal Pelvic Release practitioner at Flourish.
For many years, I’ve supported women and families through home birth, antenatal care, and trauma-informed birth debriefs. This work has shaped my deep respect for the intelligence and resilience of the female pelvic space — not only as the passage for birth, but as a powerful centre of healing and embodied wisdom.
Through training in internal pelvic release, I offer gentle, respectful support to help restore function, release tension, and reconnect with this important part of the body. Whether you’re recovering from birth, navigating trauma, or simply seeking greater ease, I work with compassion, integrity, and deep listening.
I grew up in the Victorian North East and am now deeply rooted in the Yackandandah community. I’m married to Colin and a proud mum of four. I thrive on human connection, am passionate about my work and motherhood, love good food, and believe a cup of tea can reset almost anything.
