Dr Grace Stottelaar

Chiropractor & Founder | Bachelor of Health Science / Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic), RMIT University (2017)

Grace is the founder of @flourish, and her work is all about helping clients feel more at home in their bodies.

Since graduating from RMIT in 2017, her passion has grown into women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum care and internal pelvic release. In recent years she has become fascinated by the pelvis as the centre of us all. She sees it not just as a physical structure, but as a place of grounding, intuition and strength: a space that is often overlooked, misunderstood or silenced. Grace supports women to reconnect with their pelvic health without shame or fear.

She also has a big soft spot for little humans, so you’ll often find her caring for pregnant women, newborns and children. In 2021, Grace and her husband Jay welcomed their daughter Piper at home. That birth deepened her passion for birth, recovery and honouring the body’s ability to open and recover.

At the heart of Grace’s work is a simple belief: when women feel safe in their bodies, they flourish.
